Apple cancels Danish data centre project
Apple has pulled the plug on plans for a second data centre in Denmark. It had intended to build a new facility at the 700-acre site in Aabenraa. It will focus on expanding its existing facility in Viborg. The first phase of construction on that original data centre is due to be completed later this year. It will be powered by wind and biomass.
