Apple to expand in India
India's IT minister has revealed that Apple is set to expand its operations in the country. He also confirmed that Apple supplier Salcomp will make components at a new plant close to Chennai, creating 10,000 jobs. Apple’s phones made in India will also be exported. The company has a 51.3% share of the smartphone market in India.
