Digital Realty sells 10 data centres to Mapletree for $557 million
Digital Realty has sold ten data centres to real estate and investment firm Mapletree for approximately $557 million. The company is looking to raise funds ahead of its $8.4 billion purchase of Interxion. Digital Realty's CEO, A. William Stein, said the deal "represents an important step towards our goal of self-funding our growth and diversifying our sources of equity capital".
