Google Cloud to buy data firm Looker for $2.6 billion
Google has agreed a deal $2.6 billion to acquire Looker, a unified platform for business intelligence, data applications, and embedded analytics. The company will be added to Google Cloud. Google said the acquisition will offer customers a more complete analytics solution from ingesting data to visualising results and integrating data and insights into their daily workflows.
