Google improves support for cloud customers
Google Cloud's enterprise customers are now able to benefit from an improved support system. Google Cloud Premium Support offers a response time of 15 minutes and a more flexible and bespoke service, with cases handled by "context-aware" experts. "We know that our customers need support to be available in seamless, simple and straightforward ways," said Atul Nanda, VP Cloud Support.
