IBM expands Watson in the advertising industry
IBM has launched Watson Ads Builder. The solution will allow advertising companies to utilise Watson's AI capabilities to build one-on-one conversations with their customers. Watson Ads Builder is the next generation of Watson Ads, which has worked with likes of LEGO and Behr. "People expect the ability to communicate with brands on demand," said an IBM spokesperson.
