Vodafone sells New Zealand business
Vodafone has shedded its New Zealand unit in a deal worth $2.3 billion. A consortium comprising Infratil Limited and Brookfield Asset Management Inc. has completed the buyout. It will continue to use the same branding via a partner market agreement. This also gives the consortium access to Vodafone's global IoT platform.
