WeWork files for IPO
WeWork has filed to go public. The firm is aiming to raise $1 billion through the IPO, which could go ahead as soon as next month. It will be the second biggest IPO of the year after Uber. WeWork was recently valued at $47 billion but lost more than $700 million in the first half of 2019. Investors SoftBank, JP Morgan and Benchmark are set to benefit from the IPO.
